The SkyCentrics AC CTA-2045 Modbus/Ethernet module is built to be placed in various appliances with AC 'slots' in order to enable them to communicate to the internet for control through the SkyCentrics DREAM platform (Demand Response Energy & Asset Management) and the Smart Grid to participate in incentive programs and/or to minimize peak demand charges and energy use during grid peaks.

This module can be communicated to by a Building Management System (BMS), or a SkyCentrics cellular SkyBox where up to 25 of these modules can be managed.
